14 new bulldozers and excavators have replenished the fleet of equipment in the northern region of Turkmenistan for water management works on the Turkmen lake "Altyn Asyr", Turkmenistan newspaper reports.

Mainly, the new modern equipment will be involved in the implementation of projects for concreting the 100-kilometer Shasenem canal, as well as the construction of a water basin for 90 million cubic meters of water.

The measures are aimed at creating a favorable reclamation environment in the region for the development of the local agricultural industry. At the moment, 15 thousand km of various waterways have already been stretched in the region.
