To pay via phone, it is enough to enter the TMCELL subscriber number. Payment by bank card, in turn, is convenient because the user only needs to specify the necessary data once, and in the future they will be saved and securely protected for quick payments.

Çapar application is multifunctional. With its help, you can pay for many different services, including the satellite TV operator, Älem TV. Recently, the option of search of numbers of establishments in Turkmenistan has also been added to the app.
