President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Chairman of the Gazprom Management Board Alexey Miller held a working meeting in Astana on Friday, discussing priority areas of cooperation in the energy sector.

During the meeting, the issues of implementing new joint projects in the gas industry were also discussed, the press service of Akorda reports.

In January 2023, Gazprom and the Government of Kazakhstan signed a bilateral roadmap for cooperation in the gas industry.
