President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov takes part in the 21st summit of the Shanghai cooperation Organization in Dushanbe as a guest of honour.
This year SCO celebrates its 20th anniversary. At today's summit the results of work of SCO will be summed up from the moment of emergence of the organization, prospect of multilateral interaction. More than 40 documents were prepared for consideration.
In the centre of attention of heads of states participating in the meeting there will be further steps on overcoming of consequences of the COVID pandemic and other issues of regional and international cooperation.
Today members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization are eight countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, India and Pakistan.
