IWF: broadcasting the 2018 World Cup weightlifting in Ashgabat was easier than ever

The International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) appreciated conditions created and technical support at the 2018 World Cup in Ashgabat.
The modern equipment of the Olympic town of the Turkmen capital, production facilities and equipment made it possible to make this championship a championship, the broadcasting of which was easiest to follow in the entire history of its holding.
Once again demonstrating to the world that Turkmenistan has excellent infrastructure and is able to accept competitions of any scale, the World Championships in weightlifting in Ashgabat remained in the memory of millions of viewers who, although they could not watch it live, felt the wonderful atmosphere of a sports festival reigned in the Turkmen capital from 1 to 10 November.
The official World Cup broadcaster, the French company Lagardère Sports, broadcast a total of more than 50 hours of competition from Ashgabat around the world.
The cameras installed in the Olympic town allowed to cover all the events that took place both on the platform and beyond, and the introduction of new television graphics helped make the Championship more understandable for new viewers.
Several cameras captured each strategic moment, captured every movement of dozens of athletes who lost and won, cried and rejoiced, fell and rose again to claim even more weight.
