Ashgabat's City Day celebrations were marked by the opening of modern social facilities, significantly expanding the Turkmen capital's housing stock. A grand opening ceremony for two five-story, luxury apartment buildings with 60 and 80 apartments was held in the Berkararlyk etrap.
In a festive atmosphere, the happy families were presented with the keys to their new apartments, whose interior design and layout fully meet advanced quality standards and meet the modern needs of city residents. The surrounding areas have been comprehensively landscaped, with utility units installed, children's play areas, and specialized venues for social and cultural events equipped.

At the same time, a large block of 78 two-story, five-room cottage-style residential buildings was opened in the capital's Bagtyyarlyk etrap, within the dynamically developing Choganly residential area. This large-scale construction project clearly demonstrated the key priorities of state policy, aimed at consistently improving the quality and living standard of the population.
During the ceremony, which featured performances by leading pop singers and dance ensembles, distinguished construction workers and engineers were presented with valuable gifts on behalf of Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for their contribution to the capital's urban development program. A symbolic highlight of the celebration in Choganly was the traditional celebration of the birth of a child in one of the families of new residents who received new luxury housing on the capital's anniversary.
All new residential buildings are characterized by a high level of integration into the urban environment. Designers ensured the complete readiness of the accompanying road, transport, utilities, and engineering infrastructure. In accordance with the strict building regulations adopted in Turkmenistan, only high-quality domestic and foreign building materials were used in the construction and exterior finishing of the buildings. These materials offer increased strength, seismic resistance, and thermal insulation properties, fully adapted to local climatic conditions and international environmental standards.
