The Ningbo-Zhoushan Port in east China's Zhejiang Province handled close to 8 million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) in the first two months of this year, up 19.8 percent year on year, according to Ningbo customs.
In the January to February period, the port handled 245 million tons of cargo, marking a year-on-year increase of 7.3 percent.
Currently, the Ningbo-Zhoushan Port offers more than 300 container shipping routes linking over 700 ports in more than 200 countries and regions across the world.
