The US State Department discussed cooperation with Turkmenistan in the field of education
During the working visit of the Turkmen delegation to the United States, a meeting dedicated to strategic cooperation in the field of education was held at the US State Department. The meeting was held at a high level with the participation of leading representatives of the American educational and diplomatic departments, including Deputy Director of the Office of Press and Public Diplomacy of the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs Tammy Palchikov, the Deputy Director of the Office of Global Education Programs Jamie Sharp, the Deputy Director of International Affairs of the US Department of Education Jennifer Hong, the Acting Director of the Office of South and Central Asian Affairs, Office of Academic Exchange Programs Karina Keating, and other representatives of the US Department of State. The Turkmen side was represented by the Deputy Minister of Education of Turkmenistan Azat Atayev, thr Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United States Meret Orazov, the Vice-Rector of the International University for Humanities and Development N. Shihliyev, the Vice-Rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan B. Myatliyev.
