In Moscow, on Sunday, October 29, in one of the wonderful halls of the Zurab Tsereteli Art Gallery on Prechistenka, the opening of the International Music Festival dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the outstanding Turkmen composer, People’s Artist of Turkmenistan, laureate of the USSR State Prize, the State Prize of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly Nury Halmamedov took place.

A creative meeting of Turkmen and Uzbek writers and poets took place on October 29 in Tashkent as part of the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan in Uzbekistan. A cultural event dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great thinker and poet of the East, Magtymguly Pyragy, was held in the building of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan.

The international pop festival of Turkic peoples “Oriental Bazaar in Kazan” ended on Friday with a gala concert, which took place in the capital of Tatarstan. Performers and creative groups from 25 countries - Afghanistan, Bahrain, Gagauzia, Iran, Yemen, China, Palestine, Syria and others - gathered on the stage of the cultural and entertainment center "Pyramid".

The name of the brilliantly talented composer Nury Halmamedov has firmly entered the history of professional music of Turkmenistan as the creator of a unique individual style that combines the traditions of Turkmen folk music and composition techniques of the 19th and 20th centuries. His music was a unique embodiment of classical, romantic and impressionistic styles.

The III meeting of the International Association “Turkmen Alabai” was held on Friday in Ashgabat. Members of the Association, heads and specialists of specialized structures and higher educational institutions became participants of the forum dedicated to the Holiday of the Turkmen Alabai. Foreign dog breeders joined the meeting via video link.

The premiere of the new biographical play “Strings of the Soul” (“Köňül tary”), dedicated to the anniversary of the birth of outstanding Turkmen composer Nury Halmamedov, will take place on October 28 and 29 on the stage of the Alp Arslan National Drama Theater in Ashgabat. The screening will take place as part of the festival “Life Permeated with Music” (“Mukama siňen ömür”) and dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Nury Halmamedov.

The exhibition "Our Asia" is being prepared for the opening in the city of Ivanovo. Its organizers offer artists and collectors from Turkmenistan to present their works in the exhibition in an online format. The project will be launched on November 9 at the ArtHub gallery.

The 85th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Turkmen composer Nury Halmamedov will be widely celebrated in Turkmenistan with the festival "Life permeated with music" ("Mukama siñen ömür"). Creative actions and musical events will be held on October 27-28 at the venues of Ashgabat, the city of Arkadag and in the regions of the country. The participants of the festival will be both young and famous musicians, artists and artists.

On October 23, Days of Culture of Turkmenistan started in Albuquerque, the sister city of Ashgabat, USA. This event was organized in honor of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi. On October 27-28, the festival "Life permeated with Music" ("Mukama siñen ömür") will be held in Ashgabat, the city of Arkadag and the regions in honor of the 85th anniversary of the outstanding composer Nury Halmamedov.
