The VII International Festival of Puppet Theaters "Chodari Khayel" will be held from October 24 to 29 in the capital of Tajikistan – the city of Dushanbe. For the first time, students of the puppet department of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture will take part in the creative review, who have specially prepared a production of "Eternal Legends" for this event.

The concert "Oriental Melodies", dedicated to the works of three famous Turkmen composers, will be held on October 24 in Moscow in the style of "kvartirnik". The program of the evening will feature familiar, and for many – favorite works of Nury Halmamedov, Orazmuhamet Kurban-Niyazov, who glorified the country, leaving a rich legacy in multinational academic music.

The international conference entitled “The Great Creative Heritage of Magtymguly Pyragy ” was held in the building of the Ankara University of Social Sciences on Thursday, October 5.

The American city of Albuquerque will host Days of Culture of Turkmenistan. A creative festival with the participation of Turkmen figures of culture and art will be held in the United States of America on October 23-24.

The Delphic Games for musicians from the CIS member states will be held in Bishkek from October 6 to October 10. The music competition will be held in the capital of Kyrgyzstan for the seventeenth time. For the first time, young musicians from Turkmenistan will also take part in the competition.

The best cinematographers of the Turkic world were awarded the highest award — the Golden Star TURKSOY for their contribution to the development of Turkic cinematography and the strengthening of cultural ties. The award ceremony took place within the framework of the XV Tashkent International Film Festival "Pearl of the Silk Road", held this year from September 29 to October 2.

The Days of Culture of Tatarstan will be held from October 17 to 19 in Turkmenistan. The venue of the festival will be different locations in Ashgabat and the city of Mary, where festive celebrations, cultural and concert events with the participation of artists of the republic will be organized.

An exhibition of works by the best Turkmen artisans of folk applied art took place on September 30 at the Museum of Fine Arts in Ashgabat. The exposition was held as part of the Lebap Handmade Exports (Lebap HME) business incubator program, which started in Turkmenistan this spring.

A meeting was held in the Astrakhan Regional Scientific Library named after N.K. Krupskaya within the framework of the project "Cultural Archive". The initiator of the meeting, the Honored Worker of Culture of the Astrakhan region, associate Professor of the Astrakhan State Conservatory, Chairman of the regional branch of the Union of Composers of Russia Konstantin Guzenko, handed over to the library new publications – music collections of compositions by composers Mammed Guseynov and Nury Halmamedov (selected vocal compositions edited by opera singer Darya Guseynova). The publications will replenish the fund of the Department of Literature on art.

Six of the most famous fairy-tale princesses of the Soyuzmultfilm film studio will appear in the new short animated film “Princesses: A Fairytale Song.” Cartoon princesses - characters from Soyuzmultfilm's animated films of different years - will become the heroines of the New Year's story, the premiere of which is scheduled for the end of the year. This was announced by general producer of Soyuzmultfilm, Yulia Osetinskaya.
