A Turkmen specialist got acquainted with the education system of the United Kingdom

Myrat Malikov, a representative of the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after D. Azadi, participated in a professional development program at the Norwich Institute for Language Education (NILE) in Norwich, England.

The courses, held in the English city of Norwich, focused on a deeper understanding of the UK education system, school management, and strategic approaches to developing inclusivity. The program involved 26 educators from Central Asia.

Participants took part in interactive sessions on enhancing the effectiveness of the education system, supporting schools, and assisting students with special educational needs. They also explored the work of special educational needs coordinators (SENCO) and effective approaches based on the Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP).

The Turkmen specialist also participated in the "English Language and Inclusivity" project at Nottingham Trent University (NTU). This project aims to inform educators about inclusive teaching methods, provide insights into supporting diverse students, and promote equality in English-speaking education.

Myrat Malikov attended courses and training sessions on inclusive classroom management techniques, listened to lectures by specialists in the field, and participated in general discussions between educators from the UK and Central Asia.
