An athlete from Turkmenistan Dovletmurad Orazklychev took second place at the 49th International Freestyle Wrestling Tournament for the prizes of Alexander Medved, which was held in Minsk on September 14-16.
Demonstrating an excellent technique of wrestling in the 79 kg weight class, our compatriot easily passed the qualifying stages and defeated the Russian athlete Haji Nabiyev in the semifinals. Only in the final fight Dovletmurad lost to a sportsman from the United States, Alexander Dyinger.
The assets of the 5th year student of the Turkmen National Institute of Sport and Tourism Dovletmurad Orazklychev include the bronze of the V Asian indoor and martial arts Games in 2017 and the Grand Prix of Ivan Yarygin’s tournament in Krasnoyarsk in January this year. The performance of the young athlete was also successful at the Tahiti-2018 Cup in Iran.
This year, more than 300 athletes from 22 countries of the world – Turkmenistan, the Republic of Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Azerbaijan, China, the USA and others – gathered at the International Free-Fighting Tournament for the prizes of Alexander Medved.
