Diplomats from Turkmenistan participate in a training program for foreign ministry officials from Central Asian countries, which is organized in Delhi.
The training course is conducted on the basis of the agreements adopted at the first meeting of the Central Asia-India Dialogue in January 2019 in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
According to Z. Mukul, dean of the Institute of Diplomatic Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India, the main focus of the two-week course will be on priority aspects of the further development of relations between India and the countries of Central Asia.
This is the third event organized in the framework of the Central Asia-India Dialogue.
The first meeting at the level of foreign ministers of the parties was held on January 12-13 in Samarkand. The heads of the foreign affairs agencies of Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and India took part in it.
