Turkmen Ambassador to Vietnam was appointed

By the decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the People’s Republic of China (Beijing), Parahat Durdiyev was appointed to serve concurrently as the AEP of Turkmenistan in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Both countries have good potential for cooperation in many areas, ranging from the fuel and energy sector, the textile industry to the humanitarian fields.

In turn, this southeastern country can satisfy the demand of Turkmen consumers for goods such as tea, coffee and fish products.

Turkmenistan established diplomatic relations with Vietnam on July 29, 1992.
