Since 2018, an Internet portal of employment has been functioning in Turkmenistan https://mlsp.gov.tm/ru/home. the Web page, opened on the official website of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Turkmenistan, is available for employers and job seekers in various fields of activity.
“First of all, it is a state service, and all the data published here are verified and reliable. We track the network activity of employers, keep statistics of portal visits, and help to establish a connection between an applicant and an employer. Our main goal is to support people who want to find a job. You can do this without stirring out of the house, just register on the site and place your resume in your personal account,” says Maya Muradova, head of the Department of Labor Resources and Employment.
The main peculiarity of this site is that by registering, the employer independently selects staff for the proposed vacancies. In addition, the employment center provides consulting services and answers questions of citizens about the availability of employment history, work experience, etc.
“Many employers are looking for people without work experience, that is, the company, enterprise or organization suspects training of the hired person. The working professions such as: electricians, builders, security guards are a great demand,” continues Maya Muradova. – We plan to further develop our Internet service, and now we are forming a list of the main tips for employment in Turkmenistan.
In the near future, it is expected to launch a mobile web page application for more convenient use, that will help to reach a wider audience of employers and job seekers, and increase the chances of employment.
