Turkmen Agricultural University signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Russian Joint Stock Company “Shchelkovo Agrokhim” in the field of scientific activities and staff training for AIC.
The sides agreed to conduct joint research works in agriculture, as well as their further implementation in the agro-industrial complex of Turkmenistan.
JSC “Shchelkovo Agrokhim”, which is one of the largest enterprises in Russia for the production of pesticides and agrochemicals, will organize traineeships for students of the Turkmen Agricultural University on the basis of its plants and farms. The company also specializes in the manufacture of seed corns, leguminous and sugar beets.
– All companies, including production ones, should participate in the process of high-quality personnel training. Only in this case we will bring up high-grade specialists – said the General Director of the enterprise, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Salis Karakotov.
It should be noted that in different regions of Russia, as well as Algeria, Mongolia, Serbia, Turkey, there are more than 40 representative offices of the company. There is also a Center of Agricultural Technologies “Shchelkovo Agrokhim”, which is engaged in performance evaluation of cultivation of crop species under the conditions of each specific region.
