In Kazakhstan the public access to courtyards and summer cottages is ensured

The public access to courtyards and summer cottages is ensured for citizens of the republic by the Kazakh authorities within the limits of partial ease of the mode of quarantine introduced due to the spread of coronavirus, as informed by the press service of the country.

In Kazakhstan by this time more than 2, 8 thousand cases of coronavirus have been confirmed, 25 of them with a lethal outcome. President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Monday announced prolongation of the mode of the state of emergency operating since March 16, till May 11. Simultaneously the president informed on aircraft service resumption between Nur-sultan and Almaty, and also about mitigation of the quarantine measures in separate regions.

« The akims of the regions, as well as of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent were instructed to ensure from April 27, 2020, the public access to courtyards and summer cottages in accordance with the rules developed by regional headquarters», -as told in the statement of the government following the results of session of the State Commission on Ensuring the State of Emergency.

Prime Minister Askar Mamin during the meeting of the commission charged to pay special attention to observance of sanitary and epidemiologic requirements. « I want the akims to pay special attention to high-quality sanitation of public places, industrial territories, airports, playgrounds and, in general, to ensure tight control and strict observance of sanitary and epidemiological requirements,», - said Mamin who is quoted by the press-service.
