The next auction for the sale of state property will be held on October 29

On October 29, the next auction for the sale of state property will be held in the building of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan, at which 30 objects will be put up. Their list was published in the official Turkmen press today.

It is planned to realize the ownership of the open joint-stock company "Gaimak" in the Akhal region, which specializes in the production and processing of dairy products. The new owner will receive 100% of the company's shares - a total of 7,150 shares - which previously belonged to the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan.

The most expensive lot at the upcoming auction is a specialized greenhouse complex in the Ak bugday district of the Akhal region, built in 2018. The initial price for it is 60 million 753 thousand 603 manats. The total area of the innovation complex is 103,749 square meters.

The cheapest for potential buyers can be the acquisition of the property of the "Garadashli" bazaar in the Gurbansoltan eje district of the Dashoguz region with an area of 638.41 square meters. Its initial price is set at 17,315 manats.

This time, the “Turkmenavtoulaglary” agency, which offers to buy out the buildings of its bus stations in Ahal and Mary regions, as well as a warehouse in Serhetabat, also put up its objects for auction.
