On November 19, OSCE (The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) will organize training for teachers and water specialists in Tashkent. The event would highlight guidelines on gender mainstreaming in water management.
The role of women in water management in Central Asia is steadily increasing. More and more females are engaged in projects on environment protection and sustainable water use. In the climate of Central Asia, this issue is of special attention. And the OSCE offers its platform to raise awareness in this area.
Practitioners and university teachers in the field of water management are invited to participate.
