Oriented on making people closer

A regular meeting of the Turkmen-Kazakh commission on international road transport was held in the city of Turkmenbashi.

The Turkmen delegation was headed by the Chairman of the Agency "Turkmenawtoulaglary" of the Agency of Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, and the Kazakh delegation was headed by the Chairman of the Transport Committee of the Ministry of Transport of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting of the commission, the issues of the current state of road transport between the two countries and the prospects for their further increase were considered.

It was noted that the countries effectively use the Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Iran transnational railway, which allows transporting goods to the countries of the Persian Gulf and the Indian Ocean region, as well as to Europe.
