The business circles of Qatar and Turkmenistan are aimed at expanding trade and investment
12.09.2023 | 22:14 |The Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Qatar and Turkmenistan are considering the possibilities of expanding commercial and industrial cooperation, encouraging businessmen of both countries to form alliances and partnerships, as well as promoting the investment climate in both countries.
This was discussed during a meeting at the headquarters of the Qatar Chamber between the Director of Qatar Chamber for Administrative and Financial Affairs Hussian Yusef Al Abdulgani and the Director of the Trading House enterprise of the Chamber of Commerce of Turkmenistan Serdar Kepbanov.
Hussian Al Abdulghani highly appreciated the close relations between Qatar and Turkmenistan and stressed their mutual desire to further develop economic ties, according to the Qatar Chamber website.
He stressed the role of both chambers in strengthening cooperation by organizing events that bring together businessmen from both sides to explore the prospects of cooperation, form partnerships and promote the investment climate and opportunities in both countries.
In turn, Serdar Kepbanov assured that Turkmen businessmen are interested in exploring investment opportunities available on the Qatari market, establishing partnerships with their Qatari counterparts, confirming that mutual visits will contribute to increasing trade between both countries.
The head of the CCI Trading House noted that Turkmenistan offers various incentives to foreign investors, inviting Qatari investors to explore this potential, especially in the energy, food and textile sectors.
