Shavkat Mirziyoyev promises to almost double Uzbekistan's GDP per capita

The new plan of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev as a candidate for the post of head of state for a new term assumes an increase in GDP per capita in Uzbekistan from $ 2.2 to $ 4 thousand. The information follows from the press service of UzLiDe.
According to the plan, by this time Uzbekistan should enter the list of countries with an above-average income, join the WTO, increase annual exports to $45 billion, build more than 1 million units of affordable housing, digitalize the healthcare system and introduce medical insurance.
In total, the plan of the current head of state assumes the implementation of 5 main goals, which include reforms in the field of human potential, economy, environmental protection, justice and security.
Early elections of the President of Uzbekistan will be held on July 9 this year.
