Dubai will use artificial intelligence (AI) technology to analyze traffic flow and reduce traffic jams.
UAE Roads and Transport Authority (Roads and Transport Authority RTA) in cooperation with the world's leading companies, it launched a comprehensive corporate platform in the field of preventive maintenance of roads and bridges, planning public transport routes, crowd management, etc.
By processing data belonging to the Management, the platform provides the basis for the implementation of a number of projects in the field of artificial intelligence. It covers more than 100 AI use cases to improve the quality of customer and employee service, as well as speed up the processing of administrative tasks.
Mattar Al Thayer, CEO, Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the UAE Roads and Transport Authority, said that the launch of this platform confirms the desire of the Department to contribute to the transformation of Dubai into the smartest city in the world.
