The President of Turkmenistan has arrived in China on a state visit

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has arrived on a state visit to the People's Republic of China, TDH reports. The airliner of the head of state landed at Beijing Capital International Airport.
The meeting of the Turkmen leader with Chinese President Xi Jinping is scheduled for tomorrow, January 6. It is expected that during the talks, the heads of states will discuss increasing cooperation, including in the fuel and energy sector.
It is also planned to discuss Turkmen-Chinese cooperation in the chemical industry, agriculture, trade, economic and transport spheres.
At a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan held on Wednesday, it was reported that a package of bilateral documents is scheduled to be signed during the visit. In general, the current trip to China should "give a new powerful impetus to the further development of the multidimensional Turkmen-Chinese partnership," Turkmen leader Serdar Berdimuhamedov said at a government meeting.
