Bidding on SCRMET: oil products and carpets were in demand on the foreign and domestic market

On Monday, October 24, 32 transactions totaling $456 thousand and 154.5 million Turkmen manats were concluded at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.
The representative of Afghanistan purchased 1 thousand tons of liquefied gas, the price of which was estimated at $ 456 per ton. Accordingly, the total amount of the transaction amounted to $456 thousand.
In the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased various types of petroleum products, including 5 thousand tons of total petroleum coke for 56 million TMT, 2 thousand tons of calcined petroleum coke for 28.2 million TMT, 70 tons of TPPZ 30 G polypropylene for 1.8 million TMT, more than 1 thousand tons of TPP B 30 S polypropylene for 26.1 million TMT and 3 thousand tons of base oil of the SN-350 brand for 42.3 million TMT.
Also, the Turkmen business purchased more than 17 sq.m of handmade carpets worth over 40 thousand TMT during the auction.
