Bidding on SCRMET: jet fuel, diesel fuel and LNG were in demand

On Tuesday, October 18, 11 deals totaling $48.4 million were concluded at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.

Representatives of the Virgin Islands, Uzbekistan and Afghanistan purchased a total of 19 thousand tons of aviation kerosene TS-1, the cost of which was $ 1,051 per ton. The total amount of fuel transactions amounted to $19.9 million.

Businessmen from the UAE, Turkey and Afghanistan purchased 26.9 thousand tons of liquefied diesel fuel for $28.2 million during the auction. The price of the products was set at $1,050.25 per ton.

The representative of Afghanistan concluded a deal for the supply of 500 tons of liquefied gas for $219 thousand, offering $ 438 for each ton of LNG.
