Bidding on SCRMET: Turkmenistan purchased construction fittings in Russia for manat funds
On Monday, October 4, 13 deals totaling 16.8 million Turkmen manats were concluded at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.
The Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan purchased 500 tons of A500C rebar for 7.5 million TMT from a seller from Russia. The cost of each ton of rebar was estimated at 15 thousand TMT.
In the domestic market, a local entrepreneur purchased 500 tons of granular technical sulfur for more than 1 million TMT.
Representatives of the Turkmen business concluded deals for the purchase of 500 tons of high-density polyethylene of the T50-500 brand for 8.2 million TMT.
Also, the business circles of Turkmenistan have purchased various types of handmade Turkmen carpets for 38.8 thousand TMT.
