Every year, Turkmenistan hosts the International Conference "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan", which gathers representatives of state organizations of the country and international oil and gas companies.

This year will not be an exception. At a meeting of the Government of Turkmenistan on Friday, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed Deputy Prime Minister Shahym Abdrakhmanov, who oversees the oil and gas sector, to ensure a high level of organization of the upcoming forum, which is to be held on October 26-27 in the Turkmen capital.

The XXVII International Conference "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan - 2022", organized by the State Concerns "Turkmengaz" and "Turkmennebit", and the State Corporation "Turkmengeology" in partnership with the BC "Turkmen Forum" with the support of the British company GaffneyCline, will become a platform for discussing the latest global and regional trends in the development of the fuel and energy complex, the implementation of regional projects, including the construction of the TAPI gas pipeline, attracting investment in the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea and new methods of gas chemical processing.

The conference will include presentations and panel sessions with the participation of the leadership of national oil companies, as well as the heads of leading international oil companies, large international organizations and financial institutions.
