Bidding on SCRMET: heating mazout has been sold for export

On Thursday, September 1, 4 deals totaling $16.5 million and 15 million Turkmen manats were made at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.
Businessmen from Malta, the United Arab Emirates, and Afghanistan purchased a total of 30 thousand tons of low-sulfur heating mazout for a total of $16.5 million. The buyers estimated the cost of the oil product at $551 per ton.
The representative of Turkmenistan purchased 1 thousand tons of A500C rebar from a seller from Russia during the auction. The transaction was made in the national currency of Turkmenistan. The buyer paid the Russian side 15 million TMT (15 thousand TMT for each ton of rebar).
