A group of international election observers arrived in Turkmenistan

A group of international observers arrived in Turkmenistan on Friday from Moscow to monitor the presidential elections, which will be held on March 12. This was announced on Friday by the Russian Embassy in Turkmenistan.
“On the next flight of the Russian airline S7 on the route Moscow-Turkmenabat-Moscow on February 25, 170 people flew to Russia, and a group of international observers for the upcoming presidential elections arrived in Turkmenistan,” the embassy website said.
An election campaign is currently underway in the country, namely, its campaign period. The Central Election Commission of Turkmenistan has registered 9 presidential candidates who are now meeting with voters in the regions of the country.
