New services for renting automatic bikes operating on solar energy have appeared in Avaza. Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov got acquainted with the organization of this service for holidaymakers during inspection of the sea resort.
The stations are based on the bicycle-sharing principle a 24-hour. A bicycle-sharing system is a service in which bicycles are made available for shared use to individuals on a short term basis for a price or free. It allow people to borrow a bike from a “dock” and return it at another dock belonging to the same system.
Docks are special bike racks that lock the bike, and only release it by computer control. You can access the system on the project website, at the hotel desk, or via special mobile application. The user enters payment information, and the computer unlocks a bike. The user returns the bike by placing it in the dock, which locks it in place.
A telematics system VeloTech allows continuously record all your vehicle data, including route, average and maximum speeding or accident claims. It is possible to use GLONASS (GNSS) compatible tracking devices without additional charge even on normal (non-electric) public rental bikes by improving energy conservation and connecting to power generation systems.
Service for renting electric scooters is relatively new one and it will be of particular interest to users. The advantages of this type of transport – comfort and easy to operate: no pedal, gas-throttle is located on the steering wheel. After charge, it can ride 25 km.
For the convenience of guests of Avaza, different types of payment are available for users of the system: prepayment or postpayment in cash or by card at the reception at the hotel; by credit card via mobile application.
