Military men from 12 countries, including from Turkmenistan, have arrived in Russia to take part in the Victory Parade on the Red Square, planned for June 24, Commander-in-Chief of the Land Forces of the Russian Federation General Oleg Salyukov who should command the parade, as informed by the Russian mass-media.
«We have already received servicemen from twelve countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, and the People’s Republic of China, Moldova, Mongolia, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. Thus, he noticed that all foreign servicemen of the parade have shown a worthy level of preparation in training. As he said, «they will not fail heads of the countries who will arrive in Moscow for the Victory Parade».
In total more than 13 thousand military men will participate in the parade on the Red Square and also through the capital centre there will pass 234 units of modern and historical land military technology. In the air part of the parade of the Victory there will be involved 75 planes and helicopters.
The Victory Parade in the Russian capital was decided to transfer from May 9 to June 24 because of the situation with coronavirus. The date of celebration is memorable as on June 24, 1945 the legendary Parade of victors took place.
By the present moment solemn actions in Moscow are expected to attend heads of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Serbia, Croatia, South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
