Latin American music feast invites the residents of Ashgabat

“Turkmenistan” cinema and concert center of Ashgabat invites you to enjoy the hot music show “Fiesta Latina” on November 16 at night. The concert of Latin American music, comprised of variety of genres and trends, promises to captivate the public with the fiery rhythms of salsa, bachata, tango and meringue. According to musicians who prepared the unusual program, it would be hard to keep a seat during the dance show.

“The concert is a fusion of Latin, jazz and romance, where the Latin American music will be featured with popular Western hits in Latin style version. There will be works by Kenny G, Gypsy Kings and much more,” vocalist Maysa Niyazova said about the“ secrets ”of the program.

The music group that is well-known to the audience in the capital and that consists of a classical guitar (Yusuf Izmaylov), drums (Timur Oraev), keyboards (Vladimir Mkrtumov), bass guitars (Igor Shevtsov) and clarinet (Yusup Ovezov), will be joined by percussionist Shamurad Muradov.

The musician was a part of Nurana group for a long time, participated in the recording of the album “Waiting for a Miracle”, and collaborated with famous musicians like Mihail Charyev, Merdan Byashimov and Sergey Manukyan.

“As to me, it is a first time we perform together with the guys. I am sure, the program would be a very interesting. For music, the most important thing is how it is presented to the audience. Therefore, the concert will be exclusively live,” the percussionist says.

The Latin America music is characterized by a mix of several cultures: American Indian, Spanish, and later African. Thanks to the bright temperament of the Latin American people, their colorful music is popular all over the world.

The “Fiesta Latina” concert program welcomes everyone who likes Latin American salsa and its energy beat.
