A record lecture on ecology that gathered three thousand students was held in Turkmenbashi. To fix this special lesson, representatives of the on the Guinness World Records arrived in the Turkmen coast of the Caspian Sea. Aydin Turkguju is among them. He commented this event:
– Turkmenistan conducts active environmental policy, which is integrated into all areas of the economy and society, including in sports. The country has already set two records in promoting cycling, and large-scale socio-economic projects are being implemented in the desert. In general, Turkmenistan sets a good example for others with its next record. And I am sure that those who attended the lecture today would change their point of view on environmental issues.
Preparation for this record began a month ago, when a delegation of Guinness World Records arrived in Turkmenistan and identified the criteria under which the record would be listed in. All of them were completed. The certificate with confirmation this lecture will be awarded to Turkmenistan on August 11 on the eve of the First Caspian Economic Forum.
