But before you jump into a detox session, there is an unmissable pre-step. Get a beautiful glass bottle or pitcher and you will have that much more motivation to stick to your routine.
So, here are the basic steps before you start cleansing the body.
Step 1 – Select the fruits to be used as part of your daily regimen. There are strong like lemon, lime, grapefruit, pineapple or cucumber, and mild like watermelon, strawberry, or kiwi.
Step 2 – Select the herbs or other side ingredients to add flavour. Recommendations: mint leaves, parsley, cinnamon sticks, ginger root, honey, or himalayan salt.
Step 3 – Add the fluid – water. Other recommendations: green tea or apple cider vinegar (diluted with water).
Step 4 – Refrigerate. Refrigerate your pitcher with all the selected ingredients for about an hour before drinking it.

- Juice of half a lemon
