CBT issued gold and silver commemorative coins with a nominal value of 100 manats

On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality, the Central Bank of Turkmenistan issued gold and silver commemorative coins with a nominal value of 100 manats.

The coins were minted by the Singaporean Company Eng Leong Medallis Industries Pte Ltd. Gold coins with a rate 916.7 weigh 39.94 grams, and silver coins with a rate 925 weigh 28.28 grams. They are 38.61 mm in diameter.

On the obverse of coins there is a symbol of the 25th anniversary of neutrality and the inscription “Türkmenistan-Bitaraplygyň Mekany” with the dates “1995-2020”. The reverse depicts the State Emblem of Turkmenistan and the nominal value.

The coins are minted under the proof technology, a feature of which is an even mirror field and the pattern’s contrasting matte relief.
